The banner is an image no larger than 500px wide and 200px tall. You need to have this image uploaded to a publicly accessible site like imgur, and then put the link to the banner in the form field ie: https://i.imgur.com/WNBf7ts.png
Enter a valid email in this form field. You will receive a validation link at this email address to activate the link on our system.
